TimTim joined us after 10 years in the industry within the education department and corporate sectors. He has been involved in designing, implementing and servicing large networks. Tim has a Masters in IT Management underway and is a MS Certified System Administrator, a MS Certified Technology Specialist in Windows Server 2008 and is a Veritas Specialist. He loves the challenges that come with new corporate networks and always finds ways for companies to run smarter and not harder when it comes to their IT. MarcusMarcus has an amazing understanding of pc’s and wireless solutions and is able to get things done that most would struggle to understand. He'll stick at a complex issue until it's resolved like each one is a personal challenge. He is always coming up with new programs to combat Viruses, Trojans and Spam. Marcus recently completed his full Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification and is now studying for industry certs in VMWare and Citrix.Clients find him easy to work with and are happy to have him working on their systems. PaulPaul has over 15 years experience in the industry and has provided support for businesses of all sizes from very small to multinational. He's kept his networking skills sharp and up to date and has branched out into programming and other areas. We were lucky he was sick of the commute to Melbourne and decided to relocate back to Geelong. Being a guru of coding, databases and multimedia he rounds out our team perfectly.

RichardRichard started working with us in 2004 on a traineeship and has continued to grow his technical skills. He has more than proven his worth and has continued working with us as an integral part of our team providing outstanding workshop service to our clients. He now heads our workshop department and is primarily responsible for ensuring our commitments to our warranty and government contracts are met.

Matt
Matt completed his traineeship studies this year and is on track with getting Certified and a MCTS in Windows. He came to us with some experience working in schools and his experience and skills have sky rocketed since coming on board. His main role is weekly support with some of our bigger clients. KrisKris joined the team this year in a junior technical role. He has TAFE certifications in IT and is studying up on the next generation windows operating system - Windows 7. It's clear that Kris has a high aptitude for IT by the way he picks things up the first time. LaurenLauren has diverse experience in IT from small primary schools to large helpdesk systems 10,000+ users. She has certifications in networking and Mac OSX and a thirst to learn and increase her certification portfolio.
